In 2020, BBC FILM commissioned North for a visual refresh, alongside a new set of idents to play before their productions.
The idea is to represent the stature and amplitude of the BBC in the British cultural space with a simple and monumental movement on screen.
In 2024, this project was awarded by the Tokyo Director's Club, and was featured in their yearly publication and exhibition at the Ginza Gallery in Tokyo.
While I do not particularly value design awards in general, seeing this published in the TDC book was an honor, as I see those as an incredible source of inspiration!
