Meta commissioned North in 2018 to the visual identity of their work communication platform. In 2022, they asked us to design a set of animated icons to be used for marketing purposes.
The idea was to develop 2 distinct sets: "pop-in", the icon appears from a blank surface:
The second set is "stance", as a non-transitional animation starting and ending with the same icon:
We developed a signature motion, working on the rythm, the speed and the velocity to create a coherent yet unique set.
